Our owners and managers have been in the Facilities Industry with over twenty years providing Interior and Exterior Maintenance, Supplies Management etc., to a wide variety of institutions throughout the United States.

Has extensive experience in the management and supervision of several Janitorial projects and Maintenance routine with Large Scales Building for over 20 years in the industry. Before starting his own Janitorial Company, was employed as a Cleaning Service Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager for 16 years with responsibilities for 50 staff providing cleaning services to Target, Home Depot, Office Max, Harbor Freights, Verizon, AT&T, among others major America Corporate. Also, he has developed experience, confidence, problem solving skills, communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to management workloads help to make a Good Cleaning Team Company.

SUPERVISOR TO WORKFORCE RATIO


We have One Supervisor assigned to our Accounts; for every 6-8 cleaning crew members to perform daily cleaning task for our Clients.

TRAINING FOR CREW MEMBERS


Before we start... All of our floor techs are thoroughly trained on how to perform each cleaning routine task, tile maintenance task, as well as on important safety issues. Our goal is: to clean and perform each tile maintenance project in our customer's building, professionally and safely. During the work...
